Dr. Amar Patnaik is a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha from Odisha. With a PhD in Institutional Economics, he often writes on issues relating to economics, finance, technology, and environment. Dr Patnaik has also authored a book, “Institutional Change and Power Asymmetry in the Context of Rural India.”
